Terrible service
Recently bought a large mirror. When collected from Shaws it was wrapped. Took it straight home and once unwrapped found it had a small chip. Immediately rang Shaws and took it back, but they were insistent that I had somehow chipped it, even though it was in protective wrap. Terrible service. Would avoid. Value for Money

Great service!
Have had a conservatory fitted by Shaws Glass 15 years ago, the build was excellent and after service has been great too. Sometime later a car was accidentally driven into our front door we called Shaws Glass and explained and they came straight round that night and boarded it up for us until it could be replaced. I also had a window sticking in the house recently and called them round for a quote but they said they could repair it and fixed it then and there. I would thoroughly recommend this company as they have never been anything but professional and helpful and they built me a fab sunroom for a good price and quality of the sun room has been superb, after 15 years it looks as good as new. helpful professional
