| In 1995 the Venkats purchased and restored a building in Eastbourne comprising a ministry room, bookroom, counselling room, and offices. Having spent 10 years ministering to local groups in Hastings, Northiam, Eastbourne and Lewes as a Kenneth Copeland video minister, Joanne was able to centre all activities in this new HQ. The building had been trading for three months when Dr Tom Venkat died in March 1997.
